1. Offer and provider

This is the offer of ООО «НОВЫЕ ИНФОРМАЦИОННЫЕ СИСТЕМЫ» to provide selected paid digital services. The confirmed service page, cart or invoice supplies the service, price, term, launch date and provider and forms part of the contract. If One.Ru expressly identifies another provider, that item is contracted with that provider under its displayed terms.

2. Acceptance

Browsing or sending a consultation request is not acceptance. A contract is formed after the order is completed and the customer performs the expressly indicated acceptance action, normally full or agreed partial payment. The customer must verify the provider, scope, price and term before payment.

3. Performance

The provider supplies only the hosting, VPS/server, SSL, administration, development or AI integration confirmed in the order. Domain registration follows the relevant registry and registrar rules; availability is final only at registration. Website AI answers are informational and do not amend an order.

4. Payment and duties

Rouble price and tax treatment are shown before payment. Performance begins after payment confirmation and receipt of required information unless stated otherwise. Auto‑renewal applies only when separately enabled. The provider supplies access, reasonable professional care, agreed support and data protection. The customer provides accurate information, protects credentials, pays on time and obeys law, third‑party rights, registrar rules and the Anti‑spam Policy.

5. Suspension, cancellation and refunds

Services may be proportionately suspended for non‑payment, a security threat or material breach, with prior notice where practicable. A customer may cancel subject to payment for work performed and documented costs, including non‑refundable registry or certificate charges. Mandatory consumer rights are not limited.

6. Liability, SLA and disputes

Each party is liable under applicable law and the contract. The provider is not responsible for customer systems, independent networks, registrar action, force majeure or notified maintenance, but will take reasonable restoration steps. SLA applies only where the order links to it. Claims may be sent to admin@nik.ru with the order number and requested remedy; statutory court rights remain unaffected.

7. Changes

The version accepted at order applies to the paid term, except mandatory legal changes and agreed non‑detrimental improvements. A new version applies to new orders and renewals after publication.

Custom project services

Website development, AI agents, LLM/RAG, smart home and remote access follow an agreed brief. Equipment, licenses, integrations, milestones, timing, warranty and total price are confirmed before payment. An enquiry is not an equipment order or contract acceptance.
