Anti-spam Policy

Translation for convenience. The Russian version prevails.

1. Rule

Nik.Ru services must not be used for any unsolicited message, including a single advertisement, unless the recipient gave prior consent or law expressly permits it. Volume alone does not define spam.

2. Prohibited

• bulk or automated messages without provable opt‑in;
• sender spoofing, phishing, malware, address harvesting or purchased lists;
• attacks, open relays, compromised sites or other sources of abuse complaints;
• advertising contrary to Russian Advertising Law or third‑party rights.

3. Legitimate messaging

The sender must retain consent evidence, identify itself and advertising, use contacts only for the stated purpose, provide a simple free opt‑out and stop promptly. Service or privacy consent is not marketing consent.

4. Enforcement

On a substantiated complaint, the provider may request proof and proportionately restrict the source or service. Termination and accounts follow the Offer and law; payment is not automatically forfeited. Send full headers, date, sender and domain to admin@nik.ru.
